Everything downstream moves. The photographer loses the light, the ceremony slips, the caterer waits. So wedding transport is less about the car than about the planning behind it.
The vehicle the photographs happen around
Immaculate and on time. Usually a luxury sedan or SUV — the SUV is worth considering if the dress has volume, because getting in and out matters more than people expect.
We will accommodate simple ribbon or floral arrangements you or your florist provide. Tell us in advance so we can allow the time.
One vehicle keeps the timeline honest
For bridesmaids and groomsmen, a 14-seat Mercedes Sprinter is almost always the right answer. Everyone travels together, nobody is left waiting for a second car, and it costs less than three sedans.
The single most effective thing you can do
A coach seating up to 55 between hotel and venue removes the risk of guests arriving during the ceremony, and it is dramatically cheaper per head than asking people to arrange themselves.
We can run a loop rather than a single trip where the schedule needs it.

The commonest wedding transport mistake
Planning journeys at their best-case duration. A twenty-minute drive from a Brooklyn hotel to a Manhattan venue is a twenty-minute drive at eleven on a Tuesday morning. On a Saturday afternoon in June it is not.

Manhattan hotels, Brooklyn waterfront spaces, Long Island estates and Hudson Valley barns each have different access and parking realities that affect timing. Send us the venue and we will factor it in.

How far in advance should we book?
For a Saturday between May and October, three to six months. Peak Saturdays in June and September book out furthest ahead. Weekday and winter weddings have far more availability.
How many vehicles will we need?
Tell us the guest count, the number of locations and how spread out the accommodation is. A common shape is one bridal car, one Sprinter for the wedding party, and a coach or two Sprinters looping for guests.
Can the same vehicle do more than one job?
Often yes, and it saves money. A Sprinter that brings the wedding party can go back for guests if the timeline allows. We will tell you when it does and when it does not.
Do you decorate the bridal car?
We keep the vehicle immaculate and will accommodate simple ribbon or floral arrangements you or your florist provide. Tell us in advance so we can allow time.
What happens if the schedule runs late on the day?
Weddings run late; that is normal. Your chauffeur stays with you and we adjust. If the delay would affect a later booking on the same vehicle, we tell you rather than leaving you to discover it.
Do you cover weddings outside New York City?
Yes. Long Island, the Hamptons, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, New Jersey and Connecticut are all regular work for us.
Why are May and June so hard to book?
Wedding season overlaps with prom season, and both compete for the same Saturdays and the same vehicles. If your date falls in that window, book three to six months ahead rather than weeks.
