A family-run chauffeur company, not a global platform
We are not a worldwide booking network and we do not pretend to be one. There are fewer layers here than at the large operators, which has consequences in both directions — and it is worth being straight about both.
Both sides of it
When you call at three in the morning because a flight has been cancelled, you get somebody who can actually make a decision rather than a call centre following a script. The person who takes your booking is usually the person who will still be there on the day.
The trade-off: we have less booking automation than the big platforms. If you want an app with instant online confirmation and a live map of your driver, one of the larger operators will serve you better. What we offer instead is a phone answered by a human and a chauffeur who knows the route before they set off.
Flat rates, held afterwards
No surge multiplier when it snows, no meter running in traffic, no fuel surcharge appearing on an invoice three weeks later.
This is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. Demand pricing raises the fare precisely when the customer is most stuck.
We would rather have a rider who comes back than a good margin on one bad night.

The same standard, every booking
Every chauffeur is licensed, vetted and background-checked. They drive the same way whether the passenger is a chief executive on a roadshow or a family heading to JFK for a holiday.
Vehicles are commercially insured and regularly inspected. We keep the same chauffeur with you across a full day's booking wherever possible, because re-briefing somebody at every stop wastes your time.

All five boroughs, plus Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties including the Hamptons, northern New Jersey including Hoboken, Jersey City and Newark, and Connecticut including Greenwich and Stamford. Longer runs to Philadelphia, Boston, Washington and the Hudson Valley are quoted on request.

Available around the clock. Flights land at four in the morning and weddings end at two. A service that only works during office hours is not much use to either.
