Get your flat rate
A firm price, before you book.
Every New York airport, every terminal
Live flight tracking on every booking. If your flight moves, your pickup moves with it, and there is no charge for a delay outside your control.

John F. Kennedy
Eight terminals and heavy customs traffic, which is why meet-and-greet earns its keep here. Sixty minutes of free wait time on international arrivals.

LaGuardia
Closest to Manhattan at eight miles, and mostly domestic so arrivals clear fast. The short distance cuts both ways when the parkway backs up.

Newark Liberty
In New Jersey, so every route crosses a tolled tunnel or bridge. Our quotes include the tolls, which is worth checking elsewhere.
Every kind of journey we cover
Seven services, one dispatch team. Each has its own page with vehicles, timings and what the rate includes.

Corporate travel
One invoice at month end, agreed rates on routine routes, and priority dispatch when demand is tight.

Weddings
We plan backwards from the ceremony time and build in the buffers a Saturday in this city demands.

Sprinter vans
One vehicle instead of three, one set of tolls instead of three, and everybody arrives together.

Hourly hire
The car and chauffeur stay with you. Meetings, viewings, shopping or an evening out without waiting between stops.

Proms
A fixed itinerary agreed with the parent who books, and confirmation when the group arrives and leaves.

Charter coaches
Conferences, wedding guest shuttles and tours. The lowest cost per head of anything we run.
The fleet
Sized to the journey, not to impress

1–3 passengers
Executive Sedan
The most economical choice for up to three people with luggage. The default for airport runs and executive travel.

Up to 6 passengers
Luxury SUV
Families and anyone with heavy luggage. Six people with cases still in the back, which two sedans cannot match on price.

Up to 14 passengers
Mercedes Sprinter
Corporate groups and wedding parties. Cheaper than three SUVs and nobody gets separated in traffic.
Flat rate, not a meter
Why we do not use surge pricing
Demand pricing works well for the company charging it and badly for everyone else. It raises the fare precisely when you are most stuck — snow in February, a delayed evening bank of arrivals at JFK, a Broadway curtain coming down as a game lets out at Madison Square Garden.
We quote before you book and the number does not move afterwards. If your flight is delayed three hours, the rate is the same.
Corporate clients on monthly accounts get agreed rates for their regular routes, so the same journey costs the same every time and nobody in finance has to ask why one Tuesday cost double.
- Licensed chauffeur for the full booking

- Flight tracking on every airport transfer
- Wait time built into airport arrivals

Common questions
Before you book
How much does a car service cost in New York?
It depends on the vehicle, the route and whether you need a straight transfer or a car held by the hour. We quote a flat rate before you book, so you have a firm number rather than an estimate that moves. Send us the journey and you will have a price within minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your end. We track your flight number and shift the pickup automatically. There is no rebooking fee and no charge for the delay.
Is a car service better than a rideshare app?
For airport transfers, usually yes. Surge pricing during peak periods can substantially exceed a fixed rate, and rideshare drivers do not track flights or wait when you are held up at customs. For a short midday trip across Manhattan the advantage is smaller.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for a standard airport transfer. Weddings, proms and large group bookings should be reserved weeks ahead, particularly in May, June, September and December.
Do you serve New Jersey and Connecticut?
Yes. We cover the full Tri-State area, including Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, Greenwich and Stamford, for both pickups and drop-offs.
Ready when you are
Send the date, the journey and the passenger count. We confirm the right vehicle and a flat rate, with nothing added afterwards.
