Running multiple Sprinters means coordinating several vehicles, several arrival times and several invoices. A single coach carries everyone, arrives once, and costs far less per head.
Group size is the first question, not the only one
Luggage matters. A coach full of conference delegates with overnight bags needs underfloor storage that a minibus does not have.
So does the route. Some venues and older streets simply cannot take a full-size coach.
Send us the venue address when you enquire. We would much rather tell you a coach cannot reach it while you are still planning than discover it on the day.
Reclining seats, overhead storage
Comfortable enough for a long run to Boston or Washington, and practical enough for a twenty-minute hotel shuttle loop.
For a wedding, a single coach between hotel and venue is the most effective thing you can do to keep the day on time.

Hourly with a minimum, or a day rate for distance
Coaches are generally booked hourly with a minimum, because they are rarely a single point-to-point run. Long-distance work outside the Tri-State area is quoted as a day rate.
Either way we agree the figure before you book, and tolls and parking on the agreed route are included.
One thing worth knowing: chauffeur hours are regulated for safety, so very long days may need a second driver. We tell you upfront if your itinerary requires it, and build it into the quote rather than discovering it late.
Coach and minibus hire
How many passengers fit on a coach?
Up to 55 on a full-size coach. Minibuses typically seat twenty to thirty. With substantial luggage, plan for slightly fewer.
Is a coach cheaper than several Sprinters?
Above roughly twenty-eight passengers, almost always — and it is far simpler to coordinate. Below that, two Sprinters often win.
Can a coach reach our venue?
Send us the address when you enquire. Some venues, narrow streets and older neighbourhoods cannot take a full-size coach, and it is much better to know before the day.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes, and it varies by vehicle size and date. We confirm it in the quote.
Do you handle multi-day itineraries?
Yes. Tours and multi-day corporate programmes are regular work. Longer days may require a second chauffeur for safety compliance, which we build into the quote.
Can you run a shuttle loop rather than a single trip?
Yes, and for weddings and conferences it is usually the better structure. We agree the timetable in advance.
Do you run coaches to sporting events?
Yes. Stadium and arena transport is regular work, including group runs to the US Open at Flushing Meadows, MetLife, Yankee Stadium and Madison Square Garden.
