Why companies switch

Most corporate transport problems are not about the car

They are about the twenty minutes a director spends looking for a driver, the expense claim nobody can reconcile, and the invoice that arrives three weeks later with a surcharge on it. We built our corporate service around removing those three things.

What we handle

The work corporate clients book most

Black luxury car outside a terminal at JFK Airport in New York
Most common booking

Executive airport transfers

Flight tracking is included, so a delayed inbound does not become a missed pickup or a waiting-time charge. Meet-and-greet in arrivals, or curbside if your traveller prefers to move quickly.

Chauffeur waiting beside a black car outside a hotel in New York
Full or half days

Client meetings and site visits

A car held for the day, moving between offices on your schedule rather than a dispatcher's. Hourly hire suits this better than point-to-point, because the vehicle waits rather than being released and re-summoned.

Chauffeur holding open the rear door of a luxury car for a business traveller in Manhattan
Tight multi-stop days

Roadshows and investor days

No room for a driver who does not know the city. We plan the route in advance, build in realistic buffers, and keep the same chauffeur across the whole day so nobody has to re-explain anything.

Mercedes Sprinter van with the side door open as a group boards in New York
Four or more travelling together

Team and group movement

A 14-seat Mercedes Sprinter is almost always cheaper and simpler than multiple sedans. One vehicle, one arrival time, one line on the invoice.

Group boarding a charter coach in New York
Up to 55 passengers

Conference and event transport

Javits Center, hotel shuttles, offsites and company outings. For multi-day events we run scheduled loops so delegates are not left waiting.

Vehicles for corporate work

An executive sedan for individual travel, an SUV where luggage matters, a Sprinter for teams. All commercially insured, regularly inspected and driven by licensed chauffeurs.

Account benefits

What changes once you open an account

No minimum monthly volume and no lengthy application. Accounts are worth having even for a handful of trips a month, mainly for the billing.

  • Consolidated monthly invoicing — one statement instead of dozens of receipts
  • Itemised by traveller or cost centre — ready for expense reconciliation
  • Multiple authorised bookers — assistants and coordinators book without approval loops
  • Agreed rates on routine routes — the same journey costs the same every time
  • Priority dispatch — account clients come first when demand is tight
  • Trip reporting — a record of who travelled where and when

No surge pricing, ever. Rates are agreed in advance and do not change with demand, weather or traffic. This is the main reason finance teams prefer us to app-based alternatives — nobody has to explain why one Tuesday cost double.

Common questions

Corporate accounts

How do I open a corporate account?

Call or email with your company details and roughly how often you expect to travel. We confirm terms, set up your authorised bookers and agree rates on your regular routes. There is no lengthy application.

Is there a minimum monthly volume?

No. Accounts are worth having even for a handful of trips a month, mainly for the consolidated billing. Volume pricing becomes meaningful as usage grows.

Can several people book on the same account?

Yes. You nominate who is authorised, and any of them can book without needing sign-off each time. Everything still appears on one monthly statement.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

We track the flight and move the pickup automatically. No charge for a delay outside the traveller's control, and no rebooking fee.

Do you charge surge pricing at peak times?

No. Rates are agreed in advance and do not change with demand, weather or traffic.

How far in advance should bookings be made?

Twenty-four hours is comfortable for standard transfers. Roadshows, large group movements and travel during UN General Assembly week or the days around Thanksgiving should be booked well ahead.

What about the last week of September?

That is the hardest week of the year in Midtown East. Street closures around UN Headquarters, checkpoints and motorcades make ordinary journey times meaningless. If your people are in town then, see our UN General Assembly page and book by late August.

Ready when you are

Send the date, the journey and the passenger count. We confirm the right vehicle and a flat rate, with nothing added afterwards.
