For the person who actually books it

You are the one who gets the call when something goes wrong

Not the traveller. You. At six in the morning, when the flight has moved and the car does not know. Most of what follows is about making sure that call does not happen, and that when it does, somebody picks up who already knows the booking.

You should not be the flight tracker

Every airport booking is tracked against the flight number. If it lands early, the chauffeur is already there. If it is delayed three hours, the pickup moves and the rate does not change. Nobody needs to call anybody, least of all you at six in the morning.

This is included on every airport booking, not an upgrade.

What an account changes

Six things that stop being your problem

  • Book without asking permission. You are an authorised booker. No approval loop, no forwarding a request and waiting
  • One invoice at month end, itemised by traveller or cost centre, instead of forty receipts to chase and reconcile
  • Agreed rates on routine routes. The same journey costs the same every time, so finance never asks why one Tuesday was double
  • Priority dispatch when demand is tight — the nights when an app would have quadrupled
  • A written confirmation you can forward straight to the traveller, with the chauffeur and vehicle on it
  • One number that is always answered, by somebody who can make a decision rather than read from a script
Being useful about it

What to send us, and what we will work out ourselves

Send the flight number

That one detail replaces every follow-up message. Without it we are guessing at the landing time like everybody else.

Tell us the hard deadline

Not the preferred time — the moment it stops working. A board meeting at nine is a different instruction from “morning”, and we plan backwards from it.

Say who is travelling

Names go on the invoice line, so expense reconciliation later takes minutes rather than an afternoon.

Leave the route to us

Which airport, which crossing, how much buffer on a Tuesday in late September. That is our job, and we would rather you spent the time on yours.

What we handle for executive teams

Airport transfers

Flight tracked, meet-and-greet in arrivals, and complimentary wait time so a customs queue is not a charge. Private aviation at Teterboro coordinated with the FBO.

Days with several stops

Client visits, roadshows, investor days. The car is held rather than released, so a meeting running over does not become a problem you have to solve.

Moving a team

One vehicle, one arrival time, one line on the invoice. Simpler to book and simpler to expense than three separate cars.

Choosing the vehicle

Tell us the passenger and luggage count and we will suggest the smallest vehicle that comfortably does the job, rather than the most expensive one.

Honest about the trade-off

What we do not have

We do not have a booking dashboard with a live map of the vehicle. If your company requires software with approval workflows and automated policy controls, one of the global platforms will serve you better and we will say so.

What we have instead is a phone answered by somebody who knows your account, and a chauffeur who knows the route before setting off.

Opening an account

No minimum, no lengthy form

Tell us how your executives travel and roughly how often. We agree rates on the routes you use regularly, set up whoever you want as an authorised booker, and you start booking.

Common questions

Booking on behalf of someone else

Can I book without being the traveller?

Yes, that is the normal arrangement. Give us the traveller’s name and mobile number and we deal with them directly on the day, so you are not relaying messages.

Will the chauffeur contact my executive or me?

Whichever you prefer, and we will follow that instruction consistently. Most assistants ask us to text the traveller directly and copy them only if something changes.

How many people can book on one account?

As many as you authorise. Assistants, office managers, the travellers themselves. Everything still lands on one monthly statement.

Can I change or cancel a booking at short notice?

Yes, and you will speak to a person rather than a form. Tell us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly whether there is a charge.

What do I get to forward to the traveller?

A written confirmation with the pickup time, address, vehicle and chauffeur details. On airport bookings we confirm the meeting point by text once they have landed.

How does billing work?

One invoice at month end, itemised by traveller or cost centre so expense reconciliation is straightforward. No paying per trip and no receipts to collect. See corporate accounts.

Is there a minimum spend to open an account?

No. Accounts are worth having for a handful of trips a month, mainly for the consolidated billing. Volume pricing becomes meaningful as usage grows.

Ready when you are

Send the date, the journey and the passenger count. We confirm the right vehicle and a flat rate, with nothing added afterwards.
