Booking a larger vehicle than the trip needs. This page is organised by what each vehicle is genuinely good for, including where a cheaper option would serve you better.
Cadillac Escalade
The vehicle corporate clients ask for by name. Commanding presence at a hotel entrance or office frontage, and the most formal thing we run short of a stretch.
Why people book it
Executive travel where the arrival matters, family airport runs with real luggage, and any booking where four to six people would otherwise need two sedans.
Inside
Captain's chairs in the second row and a usable third row, rather than a bench that only works for children. Bottled water and phone charging on board.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
Once a group passes four or five people, this is almost always cheaper than multiple cars and considerably simpler. One vehicle, one arrival time, one line on the invoice.
Why people book it
Corporate teams, wedding parties, family groups and group airport transfers. The sliding door means boarding a group takes a minute rather than five.
Inside
A high-roof cabin you can stand up in, with executive seating rather than bench rows. That matters more than it sounds when you are dressed for a wedding or carrying a laptop bag.
Honest limitation: fourteen passengers with fourteen large suitcases is genuinely tight. Twelve is more comfortable when everyone is flying with hold luggage.
Chevrolet Suburban
Same seating capacity as the Escalade, slightly more room behind the third row. On a family airport run, that difference is exactly where six-passenger bookings usually run into trouble.
Why people book it
The luggage champion of our SUVs. Golf and ski trips, families flying with hold bags, and anyone who has previously arrived at a kerb and realised the cases will not fit.
Inside
Space behind the third row for cases, which is what separates it from the Escalade in practice. Otherwise the two are close, and either is a sound choice.
Ford coaches and minibuses
The lowest cost per head of anything we operate. Full-size coaches carry underfloor luggage storage; minibuses fit into venues and streets a full coach cannot reach.
Why people book it
Conferences, wedding guest shuttles, tours, corporate outings and long-distance group travel to Philadelphia, Boston or Atlantic City.
Inside
Reclining seats with overhead storage and underfloor luggage. Comfortable enough for a long run, practical enough for a twenty-minute hotel shuttle loop.
Check first: send us the venue address. Some older streets and venues cannot accommodate a full-size coach, and it is much better to know before the day.
Cadillac XTS executive sedan
The most economical way to travel with a chauffeur, and the right answer for most solo and couple airport transfers.
Why people book it
Solo business travel, couples, airport runs and client meetings. Quiet enough to take a call on the way in from the airport.
Consider an SUV instead if you have three passengers and three large suitcases. That combination is tight in a sedan, and the SUV is a small step up in price for a large step up in comfort.

Picking the right vehicle
Escalade or Suburban?
Same seating capacity. The Escalade is the more formal of the two and the usual corporate choice. The Suburban has slightly more luggage space, which wins on family airport runs.
How many suitcases fit in a sedan?
Two large cases plus hand luggage, comfortably. Three large cases with three passengers is tight, and an SUV is the better call.
Is a Sprinter cheaper than two SUVs?
Usually yes, and it is one vehicle rather than two to coordinate. For groups above six it is nearly always better value.
When does a coach beat several Sprinters?
Above roughly twenty-eight passengers, almost always — and it is far simpler to coordinate. Below that, two Sprinters often win.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant, toddler and booster seats on request at no additional charge. Tell us the children's ages when booking.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
You can request a class and we will confirm availability. Specific individual vehicles cannot always be guaranteed, and we would rather tell you that than promise and substitute.
How much does each vehicle cost?
