Let us be direct about who this page is for
The teenagers choose the vehicle. The parents pay for it, and the parents are the ones wondering whether the driver is reliable, whether the group will end up somewhere they did not agree to, and whether everyone gets home.

What we guarantee on the night
- Licensed, vetted, background-checked chauffeurs — the same professionals who drive our corporate clients, not casual seasonal hires
- A fixed, agreed itinerary — pickup addresses, venue, return. We drive the route that was booked
- A named contact — a parent or guardian holds the booking, and we deal with them
- Confirmation when the group is delivered — you know they arrived, and you know when they leave
What we will not do
We will not add unscheduled stops on the night because the group asks. If the booking says school to venue to home, that is what happens.
If plans genuinely need to change, the parent who booked calls us and authorises it.
We would rather lose the booking than be the company that quietly went somewhere else.
What most groups end up with

Mercedes Sprinter
The most practical choice. Everyone travels together, there is room to sit properly in formalwear, and the cost per head is low once you divide it.

Luxury SUV
For a smaller group who want something understated rather than showy.

Charter Coach
For larger groups, or where several schools are going to the same venue. Dramatically cheaper per person and much simpler to coordinate between families.
Booked hourly, because prom nights rarely run to plan
Pickups
Two or three addresses is typical. Collecting from six houses across two neighbourhoods takes considerably longer — better to plan for that than discover it on the night.
Photo stop
Most groups want one. Tell us where and we build it into the schedule rather than improvising.
The venue
We confirm delivery to the parent who booked. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle throughout.
Home
At the agreed time. If the group runs late leaving, we contact the parent rather than simply extending and charging.
May and June are the tightest dates we have
Prom season in New York runs through May and June, and Saturdays in that window compete directly with wedding season. Searches start in March; the best vehicles are gone well before then.
If your child's prom is in May or June, book by February or March. Later than that and you are choosing from what is left rather than what you wanted.
One parent holds the booking
Most groups divide the cost between families. We provide a written quote you can circulate, so everyone sees the same number and nobody has to chase.
We deal with one named parent throughout, which keeps it simple on the night.
Prom transport
Are chauffeurs background checked?
Yes. All our chauffeurs are licensed, vetted and background-checked, and the same standards apply on prom night as on a corporate booking.
Can the group change the destination on the night?
Not without authorisation from the parent who made the booking. The itinerary agreed in advance is the itinerary we drive.
Will I know they arrived safely?
Yes. We confirm delivery to the venue and confirm the return journey. If anything runs late, you hear it from us rather than wondering.
How much does prom transport cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the hours and the number of pickup addresses. A Sprinter divided between twelve or fourteen families is usually far less per head than parents expect. See our rates page for how pricing works.
What is the minimum booking?
Prom bookings are hourly with a minimum that varies by vehicle and date. We confirm it in the quote before you commit.
Do you also handle weddings?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. May and June are peak season for both proms and weddings, which is why those Saturdays book out furthest ahead. See wedding transport.
What if the group is late leaving the venue?
The chauffeur waits. If it runs beyond the booked hours we contact the parent who booked rather than simply extending and charging.
Ready when you are
