Let us be straight about what you get
When people search for a party bus, some picture a converted coach with poles, a bar and nightclub lighting. That is not what we run, and we would rather say so on this page than have you find out on the night.
What we run for parties is a 14-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a high roof you can stand up in and executive seating rather than bench rows. For larger groups we run minibuses and coaches seating up to 55.
A cabin you can stand up in, and one vehicle for everyone
The high roof matters more than it sounds. Nobody is hunched over, getting in and out is easy in heels or a suit, and fourteen people travel as one group instead of arriving in three separate cars twenty minutes apart.
It is comfortable, it is quiet, and it keeps the night together. What it is not is a nightclub on wheels.
What we do not provide
- No dance poles or standing party platforms
- No stocked bar — we do not supply alcohol
- Not a converted nightclub coach
If a traditional party bus is what you want, there are operators in New York who specialise in exactly that, and you should book one of them. We would rather point you there than take a booking you will be disappointed by.
Nights where keeping the group together is the point
Bachelor and bachelorette parties
Dinner, then two or three places, then home. The vehicle stays with you all evening, so nobody is standing on a kerb at one in the morning trying to get fourteen people into cars.
Birthdays and anniversaries
Thirtieths, fortieths, fiftieths. Booked hourly so the evening is not on a clock anybody has to watch.
Weddings
The wedding party between hotel, venue and reception, and guests home afterwards. The single most common Sprinter booking we take.
Proms
Vetted chauffeurs, a fixed itinerary agreed with the parent who books, and confirmation when the group arrives and leaves. No alcohol for anyone under 21, enforced.
Concerts and games
Everyone arrives before the doors and leaves together afterwards, instead of competing with twenty thousand people for a ride.
Minibuses and coaches
Above roughly twenty-eight people a coach is cheaper per head than running several vans, and far simpler to coordinate.
Hourly, because nights do not end on schedule
Party bookings run hourly with a minimum number of hours, which varies by vehicle and date. We confirm the minimum in the quote, before you commit.
The rate is flat and includes fuel, tolls and parking on the agreed route. No surge multiplier, whatever time the evening finishes.
Three things worth knowing
- No alcohol for anyone under 21. Enforced, without exception
- Agree the stops in advance. Changes on the night need the person who booked to authorise them
- Cleaning charges apply where a vehicle is left in a state that takes it off the road

Do you have an actual party bus?
Not in the nightclub-coach sense — no poles, no stocked bar. What we run for parties is a 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter, with minibuses and coaches for larger groups. If you specifically want a converted party bus, another operator will serve you better and we will say so.
How many people fit?
Fourteen in a Sprinter. Twenty to thirty in a minibus. Up to fifty-five in a coach. For a group of eight to fourteen, the Sprinter is the sensible choice.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Ask us when you book and we will tell you what is permitted for your group and vehicle. Nobody under 21 may consume alcohol, and that is not negotiable.
Can we make several stops?
Yes, and that is the usual shape of the booking. Give us the stops in advance so the chauffeur can plan the route rather than improvising in traffic.
What is the minimum booking?
Party bookings are hourly with a minimum that varies by vehicle and date. Peak Saturdays and holidays carry a higher minimum. We confirm it before you book.
What if the night runs longer than planned?
We extend where the vehicle is free afterwards, and we agree the extra time with you before it starts. On busy nights the vehicle often is not free, so book slightly longer than you expect.
