How pricing works here

The number we give you is the number you pay

It is worth being explicit about that, because a great deal of transport pricing is not. No meter, no surge multiplier, no fuel surcharge appearing on an invoice three weeks later.

Four things set your rate

Chauffeured transport is not priced like a taxi fare

Knowing these tells you roughly where your booking will land before you even call.

Vehicle and passenger count

The largest factor by some distance. Tell us the real headcount rather than rounding up — putting six people in a vehicle sized for fourteen costs you money for no benefit.

Which airport, and where to

JFK, LaGuardia and Newark are three different jobs. Newark crosses a tolled tunnel every time. LaGuardia is eight miles from Midtown. We price the actual route.

Transfer or hourly

Airport and point-to-point runs are a flat transfer. Weddings, proms and roadshows are hourly with a minimum, because the vehicle is held for you whether moving or waiting.

Date and time of day

Prom season, wedding Saturdays, UN General Assembly week and the days around Thanksgiving are the tightest dates in the calendar. Book early and the rate is better as well as the availability.

Inside every quote

What you are actually paying for

  • Professional licensed chauffeur for the full booking
  • Fuel, tolls and mileage on the agreed route
  • Flight tracking and adjustment on airport transfers
  • Wait time built into airport arrivals
  • Meet-and-greet inside the terminal on request
  • Commercial insurance and inspected vehicles

Nothing appears on an invoice you have not been told about first. Additional stops, extended hours or a change of route on the day are agreed with you before anything is added.

Choosing a vehicle

The most common way people overpay

Booking a larger vehicle than the journey needs. Here is roughly how our bookings break down.

Black executive sedan for airport transfers in New York
1–3 passengers

Executive Sedan

Airport transfers, executive travel, couples. The most economical option for up to three people with luggage.

Cadillac Escalade luxury SUV in New York
Up to 6 passengers

Luxury SUV

Families and heavy luggage. Room for six with cases still in the back, which two sedans cannot match on price.

Mercedes Sprinter van for group travel in New York
Up to 14 passengers

Mercedes Sprinter

Corporate groups, bridal parties, families travelling together. Cheaper than three SUVs and everyone arrives at once.

Charter coach for large group transport in New York
Up to 55 passengers

Charter Coach

Wedding guest shuttles, conference transport, corporate outings. The lowest cost per head of anything we run.

Flat rate, not a meter

Why we do not use surge pricing

Demand pricing works well for the company charging it and badly for everyone else. It raises the fare precisely when you are most stuck.

Snow in February. A delayed evening bank of arrivals at JFK. A Broadway curtain coming down at the same time as a game at Madison Square Garden. These are the moments when an app fare doubles, and they are also the moments when you have the least choice about paying it.

We quote before you book and the number does not move afterwards. If your flight is delayed three hours, the rate is the same.

Corporate clients on monthly accounts get agreed rates for their regular routes, so the same journey costs the same every time and the finance team never has to ask why one Tuesday cost double.

Common questions

Pricing

Why are prices not listed on this page?

Because a single published number would be wrong for most people who read it. A LaGuardia run to Midtown and a Newark run to Greenwich are not comparable jobs, and quoting one figure for both would either overcharge you or set an expectation we could not keep. Send us the actual trip and you get an actual price.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Within minutes during the day, and quickly at any hour. If you need a number immediately, call us — somebody answers around the clock.

Are tolls included?

Yes, on the agreed route. This matters more in New York than most cities, because tunnel and bridge tolls on a Newark run are substantial. If a quote elsewhere looks cheaper, check whether tolls are inside it.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is discussed with you upfront and never added to an invoice as a surprise. Ask when you book and we will tell you exactly how it is handled.

Do you charge for waiting time at the airport?

Wait time is built into every airport arrival, and if your flight is delayed we adjust the pickup rather than starting a clock. Flight tracking is included at no cost.

Is there a minimum booking?

Hourly services carry a minimum number of hours, which varies by vehicle and date. Airport and point-to-point transfers have no minimum. We tell you before you commit to anything.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Yes. Businesses that travel regularly get agreed flat rates for routine routes, consolidated monthly billing and priority dispatch.

Ready when you are

Send the date, the journey and the passenger count. We confirm the right vehicle and a flat rate, with nothing added afterwards.
