Eight miles, and that cuts both ways
LaGuardia is nearer Manhattan than JFK or Newark, which is a genuine advantage. It also means traffic has a proportionally larger effect: a backup on the Grand Central Parkway can double a journey that should take twenty-five minutes.

Mostly domestic, so timing is tighter
Unlike JFK, LaGuardia is overwhelmingly a domestic airport. Most arrivals clear the terminal quickly with no customs queue, so pickup timing is more predictable — and less forgiving if the plan is loose.
We build our arrival windows around that rather than applying a generic buffer meant for international arrivals.

Terminals A, B and C
Terminal B and Terminal C handle most traffic. Terminal A, the Marine Air Terminal, is smaller and often overlooked by drivers unfamiliar with the airport.
Tell us your airline when booking and we confirm the correct terminal and pickup point before you land. LaGuardia's pickup zones changed after the rebuild, so we send the exact location by text.
What the rate covers
- Live flight tracking with automatic pickup adjustment
- Complimentary wait time on arrivals
- Meet-and-greet in the terminal, or curbside if you prefer

- Luggage assistance
- Child seats on request at no extra charge
When to book the pickup
Two hours before a domestic departure, extending to two and a half during morning and evening rush.
If you are travelling from Brooklyn, New Jersey or anywhere requiring a bridge or tunnel crossing, tell us — the difference between a Manhattan pickup and a Brooklyn one at eight in the morning is substantial.
Short journey, so comfort matters less than fit
Because LGA runs are short, most travellers book a sedan. The upgrade decision is about luggage and headcount rather than time in the car.

Executive Sedan
The usual choice. Two travellers with two large cases, comfortably.

Luxury SUV
Families, or anyone with more than two large cases. Room for six with bags still in the back.

Mercedes Sprinter
Corporate groups arriving together. Far simpler than three cars through LaGuardia's pickup areas.
LaGuardia transfers
How long does it take from LaGuardia to Manhattan?
Typically 20 to 40 minutes to Midtown depending on traffic and time of day. Early mornings and late evenings sit at the lower end; weekday rush hours can exceed the upper end.
Is LaGuardia closer than JFK?
Yes, considerably. LGA is roughly eight miles from Midtown compared with fifteen for JFK. The time saving is usually 20 to 30 minutes, though heavy Grand Central Parkway traffic can erase it.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at LGA?
Meet-and-greet inside your arrivals terminal with a name board, or curbside at the designated area. Since the pickup zones changed after the rebuild, we confirm the exact location by text once you land.
Can you handle a same-day connection between LGA and JFK?
Yes. Airport-to-airport transfers are regular work. Allow 60 to 90 minutes between airports and send us both flight numbers so we can track each one.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and move the pickup automatically. No rebooking fee and no delay charge.
Are tolls included?
Yes, along with parking and gratuity, on the agreed route. See our rates page for how pricing works.
