John F. Kennedy International · All 8 terminals
JFK Airport car service to Manhattan and beyond
Someone is already waiting when you land. We track your flight, so an early arrival or a three-hour delay changes nothing on your end.

Nothing
JFK is roughly fifteen miles from Midtown and the journey typically runs 45 to 75 minutes. That range is real, and we plan around it rather than quoting the best case and hoping.

Two things make it different
It is overwhelmingly international. Customs and immigration queues can add an hour with no warning, which is why our international wait allowance is double the domestic one.
It is a long way out. A departure pickup that assumes clear roads is a booking that goes wrong. We build realistic buffers rather than optimistic ones.
From wheels down to moving
Send the flight number
That single detail makes everything else automatic. Without it we are guessing at your landing time like everyone else.
We track it
Early, late or diverted, the pickup moves with the flight. No calls needed, and the rate does not change.
Terminal confirmed
The eight terminals are spread out. Tell us your airline and we confirm the correct terminal and meeting point before you land.
You leave
Name board in arrivals, or curbside if you prefer speed. Luggage handled, route already planned.
Sized to the group and the luggage

Executive Sedan
Two travellers with two large cases, comfortably. The default for solo and couple travel.

Luxury SUV
Families and heavier luggage. Six people with cases still in the back — the sensible upgrade on a long international arrival.

Mercedes Sprinter
Groups arriving on the same flight. One meet-and-greet and one vehicle instead of coordinating three cars through an arrivals hall.
When to book the pickup
Three hours before international departures, two before domestic, adjusted for your neighbourhood and the time of day.
A seven in the morning departure from Brooklyn and a seven in the evening one from Midtown are entirely different journeys. Send us your flight number and we will suggest a time based on the actual route.

JFK transfers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your end. We track your flight number and shift the pickup automatically. There is no rebooking fee and no charge for the delay.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at JFK?
By default we offer meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a name board. If you prefer curbside, we confirm the exact door by text once you have landed and cleared customs.
How much does a car service from JFK to Manhattan cost?
Rates are fixed and quoted before you book, based on vehicle class and destination rather than metered time. Send us your details for an exact all-inclusive figure. See our rates page for how pricing works.
How long does it take from JFK to Manhattan?
Typically 45 to 75 minutes depending on traffic and the time of day. Late evenings sit at the lower end; weekday rush hour can exceed the upper end.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge — tell us the ages when booking.
Can you handle a large group arriving together?
Yes. Sprinter vans take fourteen and coaches up to 55, which is usually more economical and far easier to coordinate than multiple sedans.
Ready when you are
