14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter hire in New York
Chauffeured 14-seat Sprinter vans for corporate teams, wedding parties and airport runs. Cheaper than three sedans, and everybody arrives together.

A firm price, before you book.
One vehicle instead of three cars
Three sedans to JFK means three base rates, three sets of tolls and three drivers. A single Sprinter carrying the same twelve people is usually meaningfully cheaper — and it is one line on an invoice rather than three receipts to reconcile.

Executive seating, not bench rows
Our Mercedes Sprinters seat up to fourteen passengers in a high-roof cabin you can stand up in — which matters more than it sounds when you are dressed for a wedding or carrying a laptop bag.
Seating is executive-style with proper legroom, and the sliding door means boarding a group takes a minute rather than five.

The question people forget to ask
A Sprinter carrying fourteen passengers and fourteen large suitcases is tight. Twelve is more comfortable when everyone is flying with hold luggage.
Tell us the real bag count when you book and we will tell you honestly whether one van is enough or whether you want a second vehicle. We would rather you book the right thing and come back.
Where a Sprinter earns its keep

Corporate group travel
The whole group arrives together, briefed and on time, rather than in three separate waves.

Group airport transfers
Particularly useful when a team lands on the same flight. One meet-and-greet, one vehicle, one journey. Flight tracking included.

Weddings
The standard choice for the wedding party. Bridesmaids and groomsmen travel together, nobody is left behind, and the timeline holds.

Nights out
Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, concerts and games. Booked hourly so the vehicle stays with you between stops.
Transfer or hourly?
A straight airport run or point-to-point trip is priced as a flat transfer.
If the group is moving between several places across an evening or a working day, hourly hire is better value and far less hassle — the van waits rather than being re-summoned each time.
Above fourteen passengers
Two Sprinters work well up to about twenty-eight. Beyond that, a minibus or full-size coach seating up to 55 is more economical.
We run both, so tell us the headcount and we will recommend rather than upsell.

Sprinter hire
How many people fit in a Sprinter van?
Up to fourteen passengers plus the chauffeur. With substantial luggage, twelve is more comfortable — tell us the bag count and we will advise.
Is a Sprinter cheaper than booking several cars?
For groups of five or more, almost always. One base rate and one set of tolls rather than three of each.
Do you have a minimum booking time?
Airport and point-to-point transfers have no minimum. Hourly bookings carry a minimum which varies by date — we tell you before you commit.
Can you collect a group from an airport?
Yes, and it is one of the most common Sprinter bookings. We track the flight, meet the group in arrivals, and help with luggage.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request at no additional charge. Tell us the children's ages when booking.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes. For more than a couple of stops, hourly hire is usually the better structure. Additional stops on a flat transfer are agreed and priced before you book, never added afterwards.
Ready when you are
Send the date, the journey and the passenger count. We confirm the right vehicle and a flat rate, with nothing added afterwards.
